HOW BIG ARE THE LETTERS?

letters are 3 ft tall, 2 ft wide
numbers are 4 ft tall, 2 ft wide
symbols are 3 ft tall, width varies

HOW LONG IS THE RENTAL?

we are a calendar day rental, setup window beginning at 6 am and takedown available until midnight! no counting hourly rentals here ;)

CAN YOU CHANGE THE BULB COLOR?

absolutely! we offer red, blue, fuschia, and yellow on hand. anything is possible with 3+ weeks lead time to get your requested color bulbs in stock.

DO YOU OFFER MULTI-DAY RENTAL?

yes! reach out for a quote - we discount deeply after the first day of your event!

CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER?

our insurance requires that we deliver and install your letters for safety and stability. this gives you more time to focus on the other details of the day!

DO LETTERS NEED AN OUTLET?

yes! we need an outlet (or equivalent power drop) within 50 ft of where you want your display set up. we bring the extension cords needed to get there

HOW DO I ATTACH BALLOONS?

​Balloons can only be attached to letters using Command brand adhesive, and fishing line. Sticky squares, tape, and balloon bond can damage our letters and should never be used. Fishing line should never be tied around electrical or bulbs, but only the metal of the letter itself.

WHAT SYMBOLS DO YOU HAVE?

mini-toppers (1 ft words that go on top of our 3 ft letters) - MR&MRS, THE, BABY
